MAS Meats stand by the freshness and quality of all of their products. If for any reason you have one of our products that you are not fully satisfied with, then contact us through our website within 24 hours of recieving your order. Someone will be in contact with you and if you are still not satisfied we will be happy to refund the purchase price of that product.

The team at Mas Meats will deliver you order to the supplied address on the requested day. If for any reason a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will endeavour to replace the product with something of similar quality and value. If that is not possible you will receive a email or phone call to advise you. All meat will be weighed and charged as close to the kilo as possible. All orders must be placed before 8am on the day before delivery.
